iGod is the first single with new singer Dave Arri and it's the first of a series of thematically connected songs that will be released in the next months.

ABOUT THE LYRICS:
iGod is the beginning of a concept (conceived by Gary D'eramo) about the cultural, social and environmental regression we're witnessing in this 21st Century. This song explores the narcissistic boost that old and social medias are constantly pushing unconsciously into our minds, making us avoid constructive confrontation and mutual desire to improve. This is also leading to self-celebration and making people stick to their positions, isolating themselves and ending up feeling superior to others.

ABOUT THE ARTWORK:
Paolo Puppo, who created the artwork, comments: "The iGod cover image idea came from the lyrics and wider considerations. We see modern men at the center transformed in an atlas who carries on its shoulders a deformed and ruined earth, with a weight becoming unbereable for life as we know it.
He's surrounded and enveloped in this almost sentient technological web which imprisons him but at the same time gives him escape from his failures and exalts his actual or presumed successes.This virtual-generating web shapes and dominates our civilization .
The metaphysical references unveil an incarnation of evil. Does evil reside in human creation or does it come from an external and metaphysical evil? This remains a matter of faith “
